T3 Training is awesome!

I really enjoy being a member of Triad Gym. I find the staff friendly and accommodating.
I have been taking part of the T3 training and train with Tori Allen. It's a great way to stay motivated and keep training affordable. I train 3 days a week - an hour a session. Everyday is different and Tori keeps it fun as we work hard. It's a small group so we get plenty of individualized attention. It is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Rude, disrespectful treatment by owner. High pressure sales tactics.

I went to this gym today to sign up for membership for myself and an extra person. At first the owner, Chuck, was pleasant and took me on a tour. When I started asking about the pricing and benefits, he started to explain the different types I let him know that the $106 to start was too much and that is when he started hard selling and using high pressure sales tactics to push the membership on me. Then he started bad talking the gym where I work and other fitness places. I let him know that I had to talk to my mother about this and then he became rude and asked what does she have to do with it? Then he started asking me for money and would not let me leave. I even told him I had to go get the money from my mother then he said that I should just pay with my debit card. Then he started asking me for my debit card number and was really becoming rude. I just wanted to leave but he kept on pressuring me to sign up right then, also saying how I don't care about my family's health and well being because I was not willing to pay for a membership. He started saying disrespectful things and making me feel bad. This is definitely not how a gym should make you feel. I would not recommend this place. If you are looking for a good gym, warm and nice, this is not that type of place. You will be pressured to join and made to feel bad about yourself if you do not sign up on the spot. I would give a half of a star if I could.
