Your service is really bad, we are so tired of this

You need to know that I pay for 3 household cable bills, my girlfriend, my daughter and my house that I gave to my exwife. You really need to get your act together. Trinity broadcasting (tbn) has been awful, reception for all our neighbors has been awful for 2 weeks. I know everybody is just a number to you as long as you get their money but can you at least act like you are going to fix it. Do we need to blast on facebook or twitter? Tell me what we need to do to get your attention. Your service really sucks, I'm just a man that thought you should know. Even though my name is not on these accounts, know that if direct TV or any other provider can get clear precise sat reception you will lose 3 accounts. I know it doesn't mean much to you so if nothing is done, I wouldn't be surprised. Amount disputed is approx 350 a month that comes out of my pocket.
