Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. He yelled at her we got out of the car and walked home he was yelling at me telling me to get out.

We were at warminster walmart, the cab pull up didn't wait for me to put the seatbelt on my four year old daughter before he pulled away. then he told my daughter to shut the f*** up because she was crying. He yelled at her we got out of the car and walked home he was yelling at me telling me to get out. I told him I was going to report him I thought he was going to hit me. I asked for his name he wouldn't tell me.
