TrueLooks Creations is scamming many people on facebook and through her website

Dominque Stanley AKA TrueLooks Creations is scamming many people on facebook and through her website. https://www.truelook.me/ She is sending badly damaged "custom painted" cups and "new" victorias secret clothing that is not new. She is sending it with stains and smoke smells. She isn't offering her customers refunds & she went the wrong color cups! This is her public business page https://www.facebook.com/DivineOne.me. This seller has been reported by many people on online platforms. She is selling Victorias Secret clothing and customized Starbucks cups. However, the cups she is sending are painted horribly and customers are receiving used and badly damaged merchandise. Clothing she sends is not new and smoke stained. Cups are chipped and she is sending the incorrect colors. Orders are not being shipped. Please do something to shut her website and business down.
