Very bad experience!

I tried to reach someone calling several time and letting my phone number .I do not have the reference for swivel caster with brake to order with Turbo Air TCGB-72UF-W-N White 72. This display cost 11 000$ and because you are the only one to confirm the reference I just cannot finish my order. Webtaurant was very helpfull during my order. Now I am wondering if I making the right choice. If before ordering you do not answer , what will be after sale?! We own a business that cannot afford to wait if we need a service for refrigeration.
