TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION

I had purchase a part from this company and it arrived on time but it was defective and I have been trying to get a return label and a replacement part. I have called, e-mail, and left messages and I am still waiting for almost a whole week. This is terrible.

Stay away from this company!

Sent me a dead part after I called just to verify that they had the part in stock and that it was in working order. The only way I finally received satisfaction was to file a dispute with American Express. Run away from their website and find a better alternative. No good will come of a purchase from them. Absolute truth!!!
