4 times, I have used THEIR APP to set up rides. I use them maybe 5 times a week. The app allows you to input your pick up address, and then add two additional stops. I get to the first stop and tell the driver, I'llbe quick, I'mgrabbing3 items from the store. When I come out, he has left. I look at the receipton the app and I'vebeen overcharged for a 2 mile trip on top of being left. Now I have to order another Uber, wait 10 mins and pay AGAIN. Contacting the customerservice does no good, because they tell me it'smy fault. I'llnever spend my money with them again and i'll make sure everyone I know, does the same.
