on the 6 March I called an Uber and she refused to take me to my destination so she dropped me off and I still got charged with a ride they said they give me a refund the second Uber driver I called didn't even stop and get gthird Uber driver as I was writing I asked him where we were headed in which direction cuz it wasn't the way that I was going and he said to my own business and let him drive and then I asked him where I was going still and he threatened me and told me that he would pull the car over on the highway and pull me out of the car and throw me in a traffic or he would make sure he locks the doors and not let me out Uber has done nothing about this they said they refund the money on the other two which they have not yet and then as retaliation they also make sure that my payment cards were no longer accepted with them there it is impossible to get in touch with somebody in person over the phone and all their online chat help do is they are bots and they pause for 2 to 3 minutes and then say they're going to transfer your complaint to another department which you never hear back from I want my money back like they said they would then recently I got off work and I just enough money to get home and the driver they sent part 10 minutes away from me and told me to walk to where he was in order for you to get a ride when I refuse they canceled the ride but the money did not come back until I count right away and I asked him if they could please credit my account and Resolution Sought I want to my money back I was told or I'll take I was told or I'll take a credit that's the one conversation for having missed my appointment because of the man threatening me and I had to pay $50 as well for this missed appointment because he got me there late he's yelling at me so I would like to be refunded for the trips as well as a $50 conversation for the fine I had to pay for missing my appointment

I ordered from atomic wings using the app Uber eats. Unfortunately the food was the chicken wings were severely under cooked. I informed Uber eats immediately and they out right refused to rectify the situation. I also reached out to atomic wings and the manager John was extremely rude and nasty to me. Resolution Sought Give a me a refund or a credit of some kind
