I have already erased app and left my review

I'm not even going to complain about my $33.66 because the banana pudding was only five dollars. I also placed the order for $29.06 to Dairy Queen as an add-on order. When my orders came my banana pudding was not in the bag Uber eats did not want to refund my money. They wanted me to take a picture of the missing item which sounds ridiculous. If the item is missing, how can I take a picture of it they went back-and-forth with me through email and did not resolve the problem. I did not get my five dollars back nor did I get my banana pudding so I erased the app , I complained and I did reviews I believe Uber eats is a rip off, especially when they can see that a customer orders frequently. At this point do nothing I have already erased app and left my review

Bad business!!

This was just for one order I delivered and I did what the agent at ubereats asked of me. But then won't pay me for it. Due to app issues. This is bad business and this is just one very recent issue and one that I was inconvenienced. Business to be looked as I'm sure I'm not the only one they do this to.
