I want them to pull this product from the shelves.

I bought and used products from this company, at which time my hair had a bad reaction and become to dread up. I lost a lot of hair trying to detangle it. My long hair that is half way down my back it almost see through it spots. I contacted the company and was giving the run around for 2 months only to be eventually told. I must be lying.
