Worst experience of my life.

I'm disable person asked for wheel chair, they told me to stand like at machine for ticket. I'm unable to stand for period of time on one leg. I fell a couple of times, I all reviewed was attended. No help. If could I would not gave them no star. Worst experience of my life.

Bait and switch.

Bait and switch. I booked a full first class fair on United and has a seat. Next I'm being moved to a different flight and had no choice because I was coming from a cruise. I am glad I'm not the dog they stuffed in the over head bin and killed. But there businesses practice should be clamped down on. There crooks. As far as I can tell . Will never fly them again.

Resolution Sought by the Customer: Give them a poor rating. It's the only way they will respond. They don't car about there passengers.
