Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Stop lying to people about what they will do for them and close it down

I was told that they could help me get rid of the student loan debt. I was also told by Jackie my fee would be 400 dollars paid at 67 for 6 months and taking out 5 dollars for nine months from my SS check. I originally talked to a James Winn is what he told me his name was. They sent me a link which you all have a copy of for me to sign read it all but not what I was told. So I never signed it was told that a William in Florida he would call me back but never did so no way would I sign that !!
