UPS has very poor customer service.

I ordered a phone from T-mobile and the currier was UPS. They attempted to deliver a package 3 times around the same time each time noticing no one was at home the first two times. Instead of attempting to deliver the package later, they sent it back to T-Mobile so now my son doesn't have a phone for a whole Nother week or two and I feel like UPS has no concern or care for their customers. I even called them myself to find out if I can pay for them to re-deliver or for them to take it to the UPS store to be picked up they stated that they couldn't do that and couldn't help him with that. UPS has very poor customer service skills And management does not care what concerns the customer has in the future. I hope that you guys at UPS care more about your customers than you do now. Have better outcomes for poor decision, making on UPS's behalf. At this point, there is nothing I can do or you can do for my son and his phone. We're just gonna have to wait. I really really hope that it is not sent by UPS again because we will be in the same predicament all over again.

Fair prices for everyone

I went into the UPS store to return an Amazon package. I showed the rep the label that was sent to me by Amazon with my phone. The rep told me that the label needs to be printed out that they couldn't just scan it from my phone. I replied, OK, fine thinking that they printing it out on a sheet of paper. It would be no more than a dollar. Then I was told that they can only ship one box, because Amazon only sent me one label for two boxes. I was very unhappy that I could only ship one box then to top it off they charge me nearly 5 dollars to print out one sheet of paper. I even stated to them that that was a overcharge to print out one sheet of paper. The rep replied. He is the owner of the store and set his own prices. I reply I will definitely put that in my complaint.
