Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege contract terms are not honored, delivery issues, unauthorized charges and lack of communication. Others report late delivery, items delivered are broken, or not delivered at all. Recently gave a moving company a deposit of 200 deposit then another deposit of $500 when I ask company for a refund she told me too email Alex, which was the manager are the owner about my refund and situation he never replied back. She said she would talk to him about getting partial of my income back which I had said at least let me have some of my money back. I have no place to live no food. Cant make to California She said she will get back in touch with me within a day or two no one ever got back in touch with me today I called mention your company she got upset. I just wanted my refund back. Even partial of it in this company did not choose to do that and I did I use their service at all. Resolution Sought On their website, they saying, God bless the people in this situation times right now I'm having a situation time and I ask for my refund or either partial of it back and they would not refund me back after I brought up I was filing a complaint.
