Defective Advertising Magnets

I filed a complaint against Universal Ad Com, via The Better Business Bureau about a month ago. Universal Ad Com sold me defective magnets at a premium price of $1600.00. These magnets are defective. Universal Ad Com offered to "remagnetize the magnets" instead of respecting my request of full refund of $1600.00. This company has been very rude, unethical and unprofessional toward me. Whenever I have called their 2 phone numbers in the past, I get no answer. When I left voicemails to return my calls, they never did return my calls. Crickets ?? chirping.
