Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Hire better nurses and doctors not just the ones here for a check

Oh my dear god how the hospital is a joke they just don't care and in their not heroes we sat in the waiting room for 4hrs was told we don't have no wait time .You could be sitting here bleeding out you just sit there and wait why oh god is this so unconcerned so call heroes .When in witness everybody standing at the nursing station play on their phone we need to more serious about people's help what are they bringing paid for just a warm body holding up the nursing station why o why they're not my heroes in wish in could surgery myself we would do away with lazy unconcerned nursing and doctors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
