They build an island BBQ/kitchen in my back yard as well as a vinyl roof above it. They absolutely meet all my expectations. I worked with Udi, he was amazing. Services were prompt and thorough. I definitely recommend Udi since he is an honest, hard working, easy to work with type of person and actually cares about your concerns and requests...goes the extra mile to help and recommend.

Very artistic

We found Dylan with U.S. Developer And Property, Inc to be very artistic. This aspect of Dylan is what made us pick them. The initial project was cabinet replacement. As the work progressed we continued to add more rooms to be completed, at the end they almost remodeled the entire house with the exception of the 3 bedrooms and one room downstairs. Dylan was very helpful in the decision process. I felt very overwhelmed and he would go shopping with me and suggest idea. He is really good and will go out of your way to make sure you are happy with the work. My home was a two hour drive and Dylan and his crew always arrived at 8:00am. We have and will continue to recommend them to others.
