I had a problem getting a response from them, but finally did.
I was a member for their sire and had donated monthy . my problem was I could no longer afford to donate an very much needed to cancel my membership. I had tried to contact them every way I could but never got a response until I filed a complaint. Maybe it was my fault for not ending my membership correctly or theirs, however, I was desperate to stop the withdrawl from my bank account because I was having financial troubles. I finally was contacted by email by them and they have refunded $9.99 of the monthly charges and will no longer charge me. I appreciate how nice they were to help me solve the problem. They have a really nice Christian social website but it would help to have them provide quicker responses to their members and easier contact information.
