They informed me that they would be able to move my time share or buy me out of it by Dec. 31, 2021, and that they would then take over my maintenance fees on that date which has never happenede. I have tried to get ahold of the rep JOSH at 877-263-1799 but can never get through. The message is leave us a message we will contact you, or pleas email us and i have done this constantly. Resolution Sought I would like a complete refund on my money, as they made several promises when i signed up , but have now deserted me!

I paid VEI a few thousand dollars to take my timeshare AT FLAGSHIP in Atlantic City off my hands and explained to them that my co owner was sick and in Amsterdam, NE. He died over there per his wife and I cannot get the death Cert. I will pay the overdue maintenance for two years from Jan but I do not want the responsibility of this co op any longer. Please call. Thanks.... Resolution Sought Finish taking over the property.
