HIPPA violation for talking about patient history openly.

Visiting the facility to see a friend and heard nursing director talking to a nurse about a Mr. Cooper being a sex offender. Very inappropriate to talk about in public.

I am a frequent visitor there and will not give my name. Place smells of urine, lots of residents wet up in hallway. Women residents with no bazaars on, dignity has been forgotten there. Admin and DON do not seem to care about the care. Residents are treated awful there lined up like cattle in hallways. Terrible and degrading. Make a surprise visit and you will see.
