This is the second time I have tried to cash out I which room I $800 and they're trying to tell me that they cannot pay me because they have multiple accounts for the same name as mine which I have only one account that I'm using that is active in my name that is legit that I can say that is mine but they won't pay me my money for the second time they've done this well asking why they can't pay me the customer service and laughed at me Resolution Sought I just want my money that I cashed out on fairly it's $800 I would rule the amount and they cannot keep that amount that is not fair this is the second time the first time they kept $1,500 for me this is it just disappeared this is the second time they've done this so I just want my money and I'll never play their game again
