They still owe me a refund for 1500, they are crooks and con artists. I didn't get what I paid for. I want my money back. And they tried to con more money out of me on top of the 1500. Resolution Sought Refund me my 1500 back.

We have been trying to resolve this complaint for over a year now. The client claims that he hired VezTek for software development work i.e. to build a mobile app. Unfortunately, we weren't able to accommodate his request for a full refund because he never hired VezTek to develop an app. The client did sign up for our coaching package for tech startup fundraising. He received coaching time with a world-renowned pitching coach who provided him all the information, templates, and contacts one would need to plan and start a fundraising campaign. Once he completed his preparation work he were to be connected with our network of potential investors (as a complementary offering). 6/15/21-REVISED: Consumer states; Please remove my complaint against VezTek USA, it's been resolved. They are refunding me 750. Thank you. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I deserve my refund of 1,500. What I paid for is my mobile app to be develop and in the App Store. I never paid for coaching. They should be fined and put out of business. I will make sure no one uses them so they don't get screwed like me. In a pandemic and covid I can use the money. What business doesn't offer a refund.

We'd once again refer the client, and the BCA, to the SCOPE OF WORK section of the SLA, that clearly states that the "?????? ???????????????? ???? ???????????????? ?????? ?????????????? ??????????????.". Moreover, it is clearly stated that "???? ???????????? ????????, ????????????, ???? ???????????????? ?????????????????????? ???? ???????????????? ???? ???????? ??????." Both the "Scope of Work" and "Project Objectives" section of the SLA are proof that the client never signedup for app development work as they claim.
