Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Super job and yes Super Windows for the best price in Orange County! We'll be sure to finish the rest of our house's windows with your company and we'll spread the word to friends with homes needing replacement windows. As an added note the sales tactics when first dealing with your company were not the usual high end push with expensive looking portfolios and all "the talk". We were given the information for the service we requested with the quote and not the push for more than what we asked for aside from a few helpful suggestions. Thank-you again.Mary & David Vons
