Nick lied about being affiliate with Westlake Financial and when he told the asked for blue copy on my social security card to approve purchase.

Nick lied about being affiliate with Westlake Financial and when he told the asked for blue copy on my social security card to approve purchase. Volkswagen sent me a Congratulation and Westlake stated Ss CARD WAS NOT A requirement . I asked Nick if I CAME TO STORE WOULD HE BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ME with proof this what they requested. Nick said look let severe ties and this isn't going to work for you we don't want your business . Please pull his call with our interactions. I really wanted my car that VW APPROVED ME FOR. Train NICK on how not to Lie and trust in his skills that the company provided him with and get him some relatable skill building rapport .treat people with kindness or find another Job
