My resolution with wags lending

I found Gabby the supervisor I spoke to was so very helpful. She listened to my concerns and after talking to pet store, she was able to fix the loan and adjust it to what I was told at pet store, so I am only paying the 12 months like I was told and not 23. I was very happy with this outcome. Usually things like this don't get fixed, but I'm happy mine did.??
