So I have two issues with the store the first issue is is that I had a GoFundMe page that was supposed to be on my Walmart debit card and it's not on there and it's been like 4 months and nobody will help me also I just went a week and a half ago and I returned an item that was $144 I had the receipt in everything and the lady didn't know what she was doing so she put it on a gift card when I went to use it I couldn't use it manager said it was locked so he took the card and I have no card no food I've been calling customer service for a week and a half and nobody can help me I get shuffled around all the time I want my money back on my card $644 that's what I'm owed and nobody seems to be helping me and the manager called the police on me and got the security and told me to get out of the store and can come back if this doesn't get taken care of I'm never shopping with Walmart again ever bad customer service, I sit on the phone for hours and they don't help me and then they hang up on me I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY $644 ON MY DEBIT CARD!!!!!! Resolution Sought I want my money on my card my $144 for the refund and $500 for the fund me because I was homeless and my friends put that money together and they were supposed to be in there in my Walmart debit card

I was banned from the app when I got hacked and the person also hacked my credit card but Walmart customer service would not listen the man got very rude and said well I can't transfer you to anyone else. I was try to explain and he was just rude and didn't care. Then they banned my mom cause our address is the same cause I live with her. Resolution Sought I just want me and my mom to be unbanned from the app so we can use it that's all.
