    Zero customer service absolute zero

    The ophthalmologist office in Walmart in Murrieta I prepared my paperwork for my contact lens exam incorrectly and found that out when I went to The Vision Center in Walmart in Lake Elsinore they called the Murrieta office and they said I had to drive to Walmart in Marietta so they could make sure the contacts were a good fit cuz I wanted to get the cheaper brand when I got to Walmart in Marietta all the doctor did was ask me what brand it was wrote it down on a piece of paper and sent me on my way nobody fitted me to make sure they felt okay so back to Walmart in Lake Elsinore I went to get my contacts well they didn't have my size in that brand that was $45 so I had to go with the next one up which was $56 and once again they had to call the ophthalmologist because he wrote a specific brand down she made me drive back to freaking Murrieta Walmart but before this I spoke to her on the phone from the ophthalmologist office and she said to me why did it take you so long to get contacts from your visit on 10-24-18 that was totally uncalled for I did not have any money in that is none of her business I have a year to use my prescription she was rude from the beginning and when I was in the office that time she comes out from behind her desk and she was saying that I had to leave and she was basically pushing me out of the office I spent the whole afternoon traveling back and forth between Walmart and never got my contacts I am disgusted with the treatment I received yesterday.
