People that do not act this way

When I was at your store I watched you supervisor raise her voice to a customer and tell him there was nothing she could do because they are just to dam shorthanded. The same person then got mad at me when your help did something to a check I was cashing. I was told in around about way it was not their problem and walked away. Is this how you want your people to be?
