Terrible customer service

Every time I have had to deal with their customer service department I've been treated badly! If o don't have a receipt they pretty much just tell me I'm s**t out of luck and will have to just eat cost on broken and or cheap as hell junk items my elderly dementia and Alzheimer's 94 year old mother has purchased! Because of her disorders/diseases she almost always loses the receipts which is why I attempt to take things back for her but never do I leave there store satisfied with how I've neen treated! There return policy states that with or without receipts they shall refund customers money... if with receipt they will give cash but without receipt they will issue a store card which I'd be fine with due to not having receipt but they always just simply deny Me and say I need to find receipt!! That's my experiences that causes me to be disappointed and not satisfied with how they treat their customers and is why every chance I get to not shop their store I happily do so for I'm tired of giving them my money when they are such greedy and unappreciative of my business! I don't even give them 1 Star for they are a disgrace and an insult to the USA!!
