I visited the location on 10/10/2021 brought over 150.00 worth of items, that ranged from perishables to household goods, hygiene items, etc... The lady that checked me out was pleasant and her colleague was bagging my items and placing them in my cart. I PAID and left the store. I realized when I got home later in the evening that a couple of my items were missing, not a big deal - I'll call the location since my items were PAID for, I assumed the cashier would give them to customer services... I called and called no answer, finally on 10/12/2021 @ 10:00 AM, I spoke with two different supervisors the first lady was extremely unprofessional and almost impossible to deal with - I double escalated the call, at this point, I'm speaking to Tameka ( Manager as she says) she then proceeded to advise they only hold bags for up to 15 or 20 mins after the time frame expires items are placed back on the shelves for purchase.. INSANE how can a company place items back on shelve after a consumer has PAID for the item? She then proceeded to advise me it wasn't Wal-marts fault that I FORGOT MY ITEMS.. It is not my JOB. to bag items and ensures your customer received the items they paid for, as previously mentioned there was a young lady bagging my item already... She then stated - I could come back to the store with my receipt and BY CHANCE someone could help me.. I am a professional - I don't live by CHANCE. This is unacceptable on so many levels, that wal-mart steals from their customer Resolution Sought I want a full refund for the items that I didn't receive, pull the cameras and see what happened to the items that I PAID for. Most importantly a written apology for the stress this has caused me. I also will be contacting a lawyer for emotional distress. THIS IS NOT FAIR....
