Walmart reviews

I have been at Walmart on Groom Rd in Baker LA for 2 1/2 hours waiting for a layaway and they don't know what they are doing.

They need to check their managerial staff in Baker, Louisiana.

Well I bought a boiling pot set from and when I opened the box the basket wasn't in there. I went to the Baker Walmart to exchange it for another one, Mind you it's about 2 hours later the manager just came out and said she is not taking it back for me to take it back to where I got it from. She didn't bother to look at my receipt nor in the box to see that the paper was still on it or nothing. I ask her to come back and talk to me but she said she made her decision and kept walking. The cashier was asking her why especially since I had my receipt and she did not respond to her either. All at the same time someone brought a TV back and when she told me that I had to take mines back to where I bought it from she just left. But she outside looking for this lady to do her return. I watched her turn away black customers but outside looking for this white female to do her return. Yes I am a black female with a business who shop at Walmart all the time but I will never go to the Baker store again and I will tell all of my fellow businesses not to shop there either. I feel like it's a kind of discrimination on how she treated me and others. She is very nasty and have no managerial skills... I will take thus another step further I promise... My family function was ruin!
