I have to wait 5 days for my 44 dollars .

I have used Walmart grocery delivery service for about a year now. A common practice of theirs is to charge people for items they ordered but not put it in the order. They have done this to me three times. They have said several items were delivered , I was charged and the item was not in my delivery . I reached out to the delivery department manager , told him of the problems caused by his store , plus the fact that I was out money. His attitude was not of interest towards the inconvenience or fact that they were stealing money from me. Well I ordered groceries again yesterday and was missing 43.00 worth of merchandise . From eggs , milk , and bread to toilet paper. If they do it to me , you know it's being done to others. I have tried to bring this to their attention and hear no solution to being able to resolve this. This is clearly fraud, and wrong. I pay for everything I take out of their store, I expect them to give me every thing I pay for especially since they were made aware this was a constant problem. I will not be using their services moving forward. However as I stated this will not stop because it's a habit that they really don't care about because of its repetition and their lack to get it fixed. I would like Walmart to stop this practice. They are stealing peoples money, nothing more or less. They don't want people stealing from them , don't steal from the people. I have to wait 5 days for my 44 dollars . I am on a fixed income
