What do you think we should do? You should be telling your customers what the outcome should be.

I have been shopping at Wakmart for years and I've been so disappointed at the lack of customer service. Shekfs in most areas not stocked for months. Went shopping early this morning, NO checkers at all, self checkout lines ridiculous . Even staff have complained and are so sorry that there is nothing they can do or say, falls on deaf ears. I've heard numerous times that Napa Walmart SUCKS!!! I would almost pay double the price to ever go back there again. It seems that no one gives a crap about the customers.
