Do not go with this lender

My husband and I were referred to this bank by the company that built our house for us. They kept making the same mistakes on our loan application and we had to tell them to correct it 4 times before it was finally corrected. This was a $17000 mistake they kept forgetting to correct. At closing we were told that we would get a payment book to make payments to them. After 3 weeks of receiving absolutely nothing from them we find out that they have already sold the loan, before the 1st payment is even do, to another bank. Now we have less than a week to Mail our 1st payment in because they do not do online payments. If they do not get it in the mail and have it processed by the time our 1st payment is due on June 1st it will be considered late which will be a ding on our credit. I would not go with this lender or refer them to anyone. Our home builder has even stopped doing business with them because they have had several complaints about this bank. Do not go with this lender. You will regret it like we have.
