Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority reviews

Bus v4 to Capital Heights and Navy Yard Ballpark is never on time and I have to deal with this on numerous occasions. It's unacceptable because it's very cold outside and I expect the bus to arrive when its supposed to. You guys need to either fix the wmata website or be on time because this cannot keep happening. You guys also need to talk with all bus drivers because it's not right for them to pull off before someone sit down and what if someone does fall and have a accident it's not right and I've seen many people almost get hurt because the bus driver wants to pull off before someone sits down.
