Respect their customers.

I waited in line for 35 minutes then she told me I needed to be more patient. Hold on for 2 more mins and it turned out to be more than 10. Then I kept saying hello hello. No answer. Then when I drove off with nothing. THEN she said how can I take your order. Respect their customers.
