Not to cause such an inconvenience for non-residents

My vehicle was towed within a 40 minute time frame. For non visitors tag which was not relayed to the residence of the complex. In 2021 I was attending to make Westbury Court my future resident, but after this incident I do not any further. I do not wish to put my family and friends in this predicament. My complaint is "Failure to notify residents of visitors parking guess permits. The resident I visited were upset about the situation that occurred, and they decided not to renue a new lease in 2021. Not to cause such an inconvenience for non-residents, regain trust in Westbury Courts, and not visit our family/ friends in fear of our personal property.
