Bad business practices in Gilroy office!

Said office is IMPOSSIBLE to call even after they tell you to call before coming in making sure wax gum fittings are there. They open dental office 15 min after you appointment time and LAUGH stating they had a late lunch. Respectfully show up 5-10 min early to check in and it takes them 20 min to check you in. You show up for appointment and then find a reason Not to do what they scheduled you for. . Other people I know show up for denture delivery and they have lost them, then taking WEEKS to redo. You pay you bill and they call you for months telling you to pay the bill or it is going to collections. They constantly send text messages that you have an appointment or you have missed your appointment, when in fact you have been to your appointment and are now back home. I am extremely upset about this blaten direct! There is much more than this.
