The service is poor and not what I call professional. The pricing seems fair, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been trying to help my mother-in-law add her daughter and son to her trust checking account as check signers for about 2 weeks now. Our bank has stated that in order for a person to be a check signer on a trust checking account that the person has to be a trustee (the F&A representative I talked to checked with the trust department while I was on the phone). The only time a successor trustee can sign checks is when the Trustee passes. Dina at WEPS stated very emphatically that the Bank doesn't know what they are talking. She has not answered my question whether a successor trustee can sign on the trust checking account with the Trustee still alive.
Is there a problem adding two more trustees? Why can't we just do what the bank wants?

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Return calls are not timely at all ( this is one thing that bothers me the most about any person or company. Its like I don't matter to the person I'm trying to communicate with.
