Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Rude customer service especially during covid.

Rude customer service especially during covid. Danielle or Daniella Was rude in helpful and just insensitive. Not answered questions and just plain didn't care. Wow Western general hire better people. Better customer service reps and people that listen.
