Hire more customer service reps to make the HOLD time NO longer than 10 minutes.

Called to have warranted dryer fixed. On HOLD for 2 hours, 18 minutes in order to have a customer service rep help me. The service rep was fine. But, the HOLD time was UNACCEPTABLE. TERRIBLE customer service on this subject. Absolutely the WORST I have ever experienced.

Not happy with new washing machines.

The new washing machines not clean your clothes, there is no agitators just a small hub cap. No water movement at all. Clothes come as dirty as they go in. Fined who made the decision to change the agitator. Sells rep. Said the government did to save water, if that is the case it doesn't. Wastes more water then you save because you have to wash them over & over again just to try and get clean.
