I placed an order from Wish on 11/12/20. The order was sent to my granddaughter in San Antonio, Texas which arrived on 12/7/20. I notified Wish that I wanted to return the order and was issued a label by Wish through my email address. That same order was returned back to Wish on 12/12/20. I have gone back and forth with them regarding my refund and they have been giving me the run around. I sent them a copy of the receipt showing the tracking number. Also, I sent Wish a copy of their notice to me dated 12/21/20, showing that the item was received and a full refund would be sent to me within 14 business days. I don't know what else to do. Resolution Sought All I want from Wish is to refund me $150.78 for the returned merchandise sent back to them.

Why is "" ( a retail marketplace online) Not having to abide by California state laws. Such as: California has a three business day return merchandise policy, and apparently thinks because it is a retailer online they so not have to abide by this law. Rather they eventually send you the merchandise you cancelled within the "legal time frame" and charge you for shipping costs. They say it has shipped which is most likely true and is sitting in some warehouse someplace in the U.S.A. and most likely has been for many decades but try to make you think it is just now being sent from someone in China. What a bunch of crapola!!! They need to set a time frame according to State laws rather than making up their own. Resolution Sought When you go to their app or website allow people to cancel within the legal three business day time frame.
