This company is HORRIBLE!! this site made me give 1 star. Scott Wolfe (the owner) is a liar..took our deposit right away before he even had a driver, stopped contacting us after we called him on lying to us..we told him we had to leave on a certain day, and our cars had to be picked up by that day.He said he promised he could do that...we tried contacting Scott for 5 days!!(e mail, text, and many phone calls) no answer..I threatened to turn him in for froud, still no call back. Went to our bank to file a complaint, got our money back that day!!!

Very bad company, 0 communication from Scott unless he wants to talk about his divorce.

My car was delivered and was pure white due to the rock salt the shipper encountered from TX to NJ. That was not even a problem, I totally understood the situation. I signed the bill of lading which depicted any imperfections in or on the car.
When I cleaned the car, I noticed the windshield was cracked and it was not noted on the bill of lading. I called Scott 10 times and left 10+ emails stating the situation and that I would like some type of restitution. The cost of the windshield was $800 and I offered to pay for half. I realized that a stone had probably popped up off the road and hit the windshield while the car was in transport. No ones fault. These guys have insurance on their cargo, i.e. a car. I never heard a single word back from him. I guess he thought that if he ignored me that I would go away. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Bait and switch. Giving a bid when the web page clearly states we have no hidden surprise fees.

Bait and switch. Giving a bid when the web page clearly states we have no hidden surprise fees. I have had numerous bids and not a single one leaves out any kind of taxes or tries to add taxes after a bid is given. If they would have been up front I might have used them.

Wolfpack Auto are the biggest liars

    Posted on 4/14/2016

Wolfpack Transportation is a scam - I recieved a call from Scott from Wolfpack when i filled out a transportation form on the internet. He represented to me he was based in Glendale Ca. and it would be an easy ship from Arizona to Santa Rosa because he was a trucking company and not a broker. I agreed to go with him and gave him my credit card in which he didn't put thru.He instructed me to have the other names on the trucking board removed because it was all going to handled by his trucking firm. I later learned he was just another broker and didn't have any more influence on the move than the first broker i had encountered. I called my credit card company and found out he didn't put the card thru. I proceeded to call Scott to cancel the deal. He lied to me and said he put the card thru and wanted to call a fictitious driver to cancel the order. He charged my credit card anyway and thinks he got away with another scam that he had performed on a regular basis according to his bad reviews and Yelp ratings. Do not do business with this person who seemingly comes across as a nice guy!

    A great company!

    Posted on 8/29/2014

I needed to put up a review for this company. I have been using them for the last 12 years. I go from New York to Florida and back 2 times a year. For the 1st 10 years my husband worked with Scott and Krystal and after he passed I called then and asked what do I do. Scott said to me that he has it handled and as soon as a truck is assigned he will call me. The truck got to my house as he said it would do. Then when it was time to go back, I did not even have to call him. The driver called and said he is ready to get my car. WOW this is great service. If you are looking for the best please call them 818-363-7896

    Car transport

    Posted on 8/19/2014

I contacted wolfe pack to transport my daughter's car from baltimore to california and we agreed to the price of $1,450.00 and they made it clear that they can pick up the car on the agreed date and we can put some stuff inside as long as it will not exceed 150 lbs. But when we paid the $250.00 downpayment, they assigned a carrier that can not pick it up on agreed date but 2 days later and instead of apologizing or give us discount for their fault, they will charge us additional $250 for all the stuff that we put inside the car. In the first place, I thought that they are the carrier. I don't know that they are only the broker. I would charge it to experience and make sure to deal directly to the carrier for my future transactions. I would surely tell my friends from social media about this experience.
