Hoezita and Freddy are the biggest Scumbugs, Cheaters and Thieves!! We traded items with this company for wholesale and wire was sent but product was never shipped and HOEzita and Fred**** stopped answering the phone.

NO return, no money, out 545.00

DO NOT BUY FROM WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTORS. Long story short, I went on-line, due to COVID-19, have to shop on-line. I bought through Walmart.com. I bought xbox series X for 499.00. I thought I was buying from Walmart since I was on their site. However, the product was shipped from WW. This was ordered 11/17 and received 11/23, timely. However, not opened until Xmas since it was a gift. Learned then that the product was not correct. I am now beyond my 14 day return. I received the wrong product, and could not return it. No one to call, no one to help. Walmart did not honor their "walmart promise" of customer service, so I am now stuck with a gaming system I can not use, and by the way, was charged 200 more than what is on-line. They are horrible, and misleading as well. No one told me, I was buying from a 3rd party distributor. Buyer beware! I would leave no stars but of course they make you pick at least one.
