He kept forgetting I was even there, didn't return calls.
I recently took my truck, I've been going for years there. A service manager who apparently just got hired was there. He kept forgetting I was even there, didn't return calls. All I could hear was this man complaining and acting completely childish to his other employees. He speaks to people horribly. Horrible experience. I've been going for years. It's truly sad and definitely would not recommend
