WowMia now Koalasnow misrepresents products

This company used to be WOW MIA. I returned the items I ordered. They are unacceptable. I would not wear them in public. The photos are taken from other manufacturers and this company digitally prints a copy on cheap polyester fabric. The construction is terrible. No stiffening in collars or plackets, no linings as shown in pictures, thread hanging everywhere, no seams are pressed, facings do not lay flat and are crooked. I was promised refunds in 15-20 days, and 32 days later I am still waiting. They also took 3 months to get.

DISHONEST, MISLEADING

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DESERVES 0 STARS. PHOTOS OF PRODUCTS ARE NOT REFLECTIVE OF ACTUAL PRODUCT QUALITY OR STYLE. THEN, WHEN YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM, THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE RETURN INFORMATION AND INSTEAD SAY THEY WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND OF 20 OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT TO THEM IN CHINA. THE ITEM I PURCHASED IS RIDICULOUS - NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS, IT IS NOT EVEN WEARABLE. I FEEL THESE TACTICS ARE CRIMINAL -- DELIBERATELY DISHONEST ADVERTISING. PERHAPS THAT'S OK IN CHINA BUT NOT IN THE U.S.
