Buyers Beware

I ordered the Hybrid Snare Drum back in May 2019 and still have not received it. I no longer get updates and and responses I do get are automated. I had ordered from them before and enjoy that product but everything thing I have been through with this is not worth it. I feel like my money was stolen. Purchase at your own risk. There are plenty of other companies that will send you pads that work just as good when they say they will send them such as Beetle Percussion. My order is back from before they changed the website host or something. One of the last emails I got was because of their new contract they would have to fill old orders and new orders at the same time because of there guaranteed shipping times that started a little bit before the Pandemic. Poor business practice.

Our complaint history for this company shows that in many cases the company does not meet the 8 weeks for manufacturing plus 2 weeks for delivery of the product. The majority of complainants have received delivery of their product 3+ months after submitting their orders. Others allege delivery disputes difficulty obtaining refunds and dissatisfaction with inability to reach someone in customer service. Some complainants allege that the company provided them with false tracking information delivery of incomplete order failure to ship products in a timely manner difficulty in obtaining replacement for defective products and others allege the company does not respond to their emails. ~~The company responds to complaints by providing tracking information status of their order offering the option to cancel order providing customers explanations for delays and providing text from their terms “Our store explicitly explains that up to 8 weeks need to be allowed for the manufacturing of all products (they are all custom)... This was stated in the clearly explained brief terms the customer agreed to PRIOR to checkout.." ~

Allow 8 weeks manufacturing time for our custom product. Shipping transit times are separate and range from 1-5 days (USA) and up to 2 weeks (International) unless an expedited shipping opion is selected. Expedited shipping times have no reflection on the production time required. For additional information refer to the banner located at the top of the website's store page as well as the HELP link located on the website store page.~~The Federal Trade Commission's Mail or Telephone Order Rule protects consumers who shop by mail telephone computer or fax. According to this regulation companies must ship your order when promised or within the time stated in its advertising. If the company doesn't specify a shipping time it must send the merchandise within 30 days. The time begins as soon as the company receives your complete order whether they charge your account at that time or not.
