I agreed to send it to her and then this morning she said I don't want to do your party. I'm not making enough money

I hired this lady to do catering for party that I'm having on October 13 and we were going back-and-forth on the menu and everything and then she sent me a contract. I agreed and she asked for deposit and I agreed to send it to her and then this morning she said I don't want to do your party. I'm not making enough money and just went back on a binding contract this is not how business is run. She should not be allowed to promote her business when what she's doing is wrong and how she's running her business and going back on binding contracts is illegal
