CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

The absolute worse cable option ever. Worked well maybe the first 3 months. After that a few channels started lagging. I called customer service. Never heard back after sending videos to tech support. The problem only got worse so I called again. Did everything on my end they asked me too- sent another video. Still no response. Couldn't even watch the football games I wanted and had to stream and download other apps. I called today to cancel (2/26/2024) and requested at least a 3 month refund. I subscribed in Sept 2023. The customer service was terrible. She wanted me to find the logs of when I had called and questioned my TVs. None of my other apps lag and the app worked great previously. No change in my internet speed. You tube could not even offer me a one month refund. Pathetic service and terrible customer service if you can even get through to a live agent. Resolution Sought Refund for at least the last 3 months that I have not been able to use the app properly due to glitching and lagging issues.

I am complaining about the people or customers in YouTube with political interest that are being allowed to misinform in a massasive scale . Where are the fact checkers ??? Someone's opinion or speculation or gossip from the water cooler don't make it reality just lies and more lies. I would like for youtube to reprimand anyone using their platform.to be allowed to mislead and lie on a massive scale especially revista s***** and el CONTROL with maria andrea nieta all the info allowed to be played night and day is not only misleading but false and untrue.
