Terrible, unprofessional, and unreliable

The experience has been a nightmare. Adding to constant erroneous information given to us every time we called was the fact that some of them were rude. We sent a box to Nicaragua and by the time it got to our family the box was ransacked and was missing multiple items. We called the agency multiple times, but we're always told to call back the next week, and we were left on like this for months. Ultimately, one representative told us there was nothing they could do, even though we had insurance on it. We sent out the box in February 2020 and it's December now and still no real answer on the items that were stolen or if there will be any repayment for those items. Do not recommend and I'm sure we're not the only ones who went through this experience.

Very good company

I have been sending packages for a year now and I have not experienced any inconvenience. I am glad I chose this company !
