Very dissatisfied with business and want there shop removed from the program

Took the car into be smog around 1pm check engine light was off. The receptionist came out to get mileage and saw it off as well. I came back a while later to check in the car was on the lift in the air. I came back and they told me they needed 677.00 more to do the smog. We went to the car now the check engine light is on now and I have a water leak and a hose was disconnected. I came in with a 500 voucher for the smog drive the car to them around 7 Miles or more now I have to put water in it after 2 miles
